Virginia Attorney General Jay Jones said in a statement to CNBC after the court decision that the AG's office "will use every tool available to us to ensure that Virginia's children are protected from the proven harms of unlimited access to these addictive feeds. We look forward to being able to fully enforce the law to keep families safe."
